With an extensive history of fabrication and local outreach, a commitment in terms of quality, safety and on-time delivery, we provide cost effective fabrication solutions for onshore and offshore projects. The fabrication is mainly undertaken at our yard in GIDC at Porbandar. The yard is completely secured with a boundary wall and is spread across an area of 1,50,000 Sq.ft. having a covered area of 13,500 sq.ft. The fabrication yard is equipped with an automatic CNC cutting machine. To achieve flexibility and commitment of satisfying our clients, we can provide services in our facility or away from our home base to meet our clients’ objectives. Tailor made execution and fabrication plans are prepared to achieve the most efficient and preferred outcome. We are fully equipped to execute small to large scale fabrication. Specialize in fabrications for onshore and offshore oil & gas, power, and water treatment sectors.

To name a few items that we can fabricate Installation aids for offshore construction, Pig launchers & Receivers, pipe spools, mechanical skids, barge bumpers, riser guards, tools for offshore installation etc.

    SCOPE : JACKET LEVELLING TOOLS

    Fabrication of 2 x Levelling tool for offshore platform Jackets.

    PERIOD : Nov 2022 – May 2023

    SCOPE : FOAM BUOY JIGS / MOULDS AND STEEL CAGES

    Fabrication of 2 x Foam buoy Jigs, 4 x Foam buoy moulds, 250 x Steel cages to be fitted onto foam buoys inclusive of material, equipment, and manpower.

    PERIOD : Nov 2022 – May 2023

    SCOPE : FABRICATION OF INSTALLATION AIDS FOR AN SPM INSTALLATION PROJECT.

    Items included: Laydown heads, Flange Protectors, Subsea A-frames, Emergency Lay down heads, pull heads, hold back beam for shore pull, buckle detector etc. Scope included procurement, fabrication, testing and delivery.

    SCOPE : PIPE LIFTING SCISSORS AND BUOYS

    Fabrication of 187 Pipe lifting Scissors.
    Fabrication of Buoys.

    PERIOD : July 2021

    SCOPE : GRILLAGE FOR OFFSHORE DECOMMISSIONING PROJECT

    Fabrication of Grillage to place on Heavy Lift Vessels. Total tonnage fabricated including procurement of steel approx. 550 Ton. Fabrication including transport to Mumbai port. Completed in 90 days.

    SCOPE : KILN INLET SEAL

    Fabrication and Replacement of Kiln Inlet Seal.
    Replacement of Kiln Girth Gear, Spring Plate and Pinion.

    SCOPE : REPLACEMENT OF KILN SHELL

    Replacement of Kiln Shell at 40 Meters position near 2nd Tyre, which involved dismantling and removal of damaged shell, placement and alignment of new shell in position, welding of shell with existing kiln tube and checks.

    SCOPE : FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF ESP FAN

    Installation of new ESP Fan. The scope involved fabrication and erection of inlet/outlet duct and support, erection of fan with bellow and damper at 56 Meter and commissioning.

    SCOPE : REPLACEMENT OF SHELL IN CEMENT MILL

    Replacement of shell in Cement Mill No. 1 (4200 X 1400 mm). Job involved fabrication of suppor (bracing) for the existing shell, removal of existing shell, preparation of ends as per design and positioning of new shell, welding of both ends and removal of bracing post welding.

    SCOPE : INSTALLATION OF NEW PACKER MACHINE

    Installation of new packer machine with truck loader. Job involved fabrication of structure (60 MT) as per design, erection of machinery and dismantling of structure post completion of job.

    PERIOD : Sept 2010

    SCOPE : FABRICATION ON RAW MILL PARTS

    Fabrication of Raw Mill parts which included fabrication of cone upper parts, cone lower parts, grit cone and lybrant seal as per drawing and design provided by the company.

    PERIOD : Aug 2011

    SCOPE : Repeat order for fabrication of Raw Mill parts as per work done in September 2010.

  • Smit Salvage

    PERIOD : 2010

    SCOPE : FABRICATION OF BOLLARDS

    Scope involved Fabrication of 18 bollards (1.5 Tons each), 12 fenders (2.0 Tons each) and floating buoys (5 tons) as per the design provided by M/s SMIT Salvage for salvage operation at Mumbai.

    Installation of bollards and fenders on salvage submersible barges.

    SCOPE : REPLACEMENT OF GIRTH GEAR PINION ASSEMBLY

    Replacement of Cement Mill No. 3 Girth Gear Pinion Assembly, replacement of diaphragm & lining plates of both chambers

    SCOPE : Replacement of Drum table in Losche Mill.

    SCOPE : MAINTENANCE OF RAW MILL ID FAN

    Maintenance of Raw Mill ID Fan and Classifier, L/Mill also involving fabrication of raw mill I.D Fan ‘Y’ piece duct.

    PERIOD : Jan 2013

    SCOPE : OVERHAULING OF IKN COOLER

    Overhauling of IKN Cooler which included cleaning of nozzles, replacement of SS plates, dismantling o 16 rows from centre and refitment, replacement of DPC Buckets & buffel plates, greasing of head and tail drum, alignment and proving of system on completion of installation.

    SCOPE : REPLACEMENT OF CLINKER COOLER

    Replacement of Clinker Cooler with German made IKN Cooler at Sidhee Cement, Veraval. The job involved fabrication, erection and commissioning of IKN Clinker Cooler.
