We execute near shore / offshore installation and maintenance projects on a complete EPC basis or provide Project / Construction Management. These projects are executed by partnering with specialized agencies locally or internationally depending on the scope of work to be executed. Our philosophy for Project Management is to function as the Client’s representative to manage designers, engineers, and construction / installation contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and they adhere to prescribed quality and safety standards.

We have engaged experienced professionals across the offshore industry and have the resources to pool in resources required to provide the desired outcome. Applying the experience of management of construction projects totalling several hundred million in construction costs, our role as a Construction Management team is to provide reliable, capable, and trustworthy partners to our clients as we support them in successful and safe completion of their projects.
